REPPSCO Services is a leading provider of mechanical services to assist clients involved in the construction, repair, alteration and maintenance of process piping, power boilers, vessels, exchangers and associated industrial equipment. Since inception in 1983, REPPSCO Services has expanded its mechanical service offerings and is comprised of many skilled operators and tradesmen that utilize state-of-the-art technology and equipment to complete projects across North America. This includes a blind to blind bundle extraction service, using state-of-the-art Peinemann bundle extraction technology, which is one of the most productive combinations to repair and maintain heat exchangers in North America. REPPSCO Services also specializes in leakfree starts through custom applications of controlled bolting and joint integrity programs highlighted by a 5500 joint tensioned program which resulted in zero leaks for the Shell Canada Upgrader near Edmonton, Alberta.

CONSTRUCTION AND FABRICATION

REPPSCO Services has fabrication facilities located in Edmonton and Fort McMurray, AB. These fabrication facilities include more than 12,000 sq feet of shop space which enables us to perform as a full service mechanical contractor and deliver results that our clients have come to expect over the years.

PEOPLE AND SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT

By combining highly trained tradesmen and technicians with a range of specialized equipment, REPPSCO Services is able to deliver solutions to virtually any mechanical challenge. Our skilled people operate a range of tensioning and torquing equipment to assist with joint integrity programs and operate many types of portable field machining and alignment equipment. REPPSCO Services also operates self-propelled, remote controlled bundle extraction equipment featuring Peinemann bundle extraction technology. The Peinemann aerial units have 15 to 30 ton capacity, and our self-propelled units have a capacity of 35 tons, which offers the perfect combination for the repair and maintenance of all heat exchanger configurations. These units have the ability to maneuver inside buildings and under pipe racks where cranes could historically not enter and have the capacity to pull a 30’ bundle. REPPSCO Services also operates a Peinemann Bundle Gripper which eliminates damages to exchanger tube bundles. These units can safely grip a bundle 78¾ in diameter and up to 60,000 lbs / 30 tons and one person can safely load and unload in less than five minutes. REPPSCO Services also owns and operates a number of Metal Disintegration Machinery (MDM) units.
